Her friends are many, and around Millerville she was one whom every one loved. It was impossible to know her and not to love her. Her cheerful disposition and her winning smile won her friends wherever she went. She is sadly missed, not only by her loved ones, but by everyone who knew her. She had been in ill health for several months but was seemingly in no worse condition than usual up until a few hours before her death. Although her friends and relatives knew of her serious illness, her death was quite a shock to them. She was a patient sufferer and never seemed to give up hopes of being well "Soon."
