Burial will be in the church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. The body will be at the church an hour prior to services. The family will receive friends 5:30-8 tonight and until one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Mr. Clark died Wednesday at Baptist Medical Center-Montclair in Birmingham. Survivors include a daughter, Rhenda S. Miller of Oxford; a son, Dewayne Clark of Talladega; four sisters, Hessel Proctor of Savannah, Ga., Ethel Harris of Lineville, Catherine Moore of Hungerford, Texas and Cassell Hassell of Goshen, Ind.; seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Mr. Clark was a native and lifelong resident of Clay County. He was a World War II Army veteran, where he served in the Pacific Theatre, and was a graduate of Lineville High School. He had been employed by Higgins Manufacturing Co. for 13 years and Ace Products for a number of years. He was a lifelong member of the Disabled American Veterans and was a member of Lineville Masonic Lodge 219 and Bellview Baptist Church.
