Services for Ruby Clark, 74, of Lineville will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Bellview 
Baptist Church with Revs. Thompson Pitts and Robert Harris officiating. Burial 
will be in Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery with Benefield funeral Home of 
Lineville in charge. Mrs. Clark died Wednesday at Clay County Hospital. 
Survivors include her husband, Carvel Clark of Lineville; a daughter, Rhenda 
Miller of Anniston; a son, Dewayne Clark of Talladega; a sister, Birdie Hunt of 
Ashland; seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Pallbearers will be Sonny 
Clark, Jeff Clark, Patrick Syer, Sims Peek, Keith McDonald, Millard Young, Benny 
Hamlin and Charles Miller. Honorary pallbearers will be friends, doctors and 
Clay County Health Care nurses. A Randolph County native, Mrs. Clark had lived 
in Clay County most of her life. She was a housewife and a member of Bellview 
Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bellview Baptist 
Church or to the Clay County Rescue Squad.
