The Alexander City Outlook
Last rites for Mrs. Ruthie Mathis Claunch, 51, will be held this morning 
(Tuesday) at 11 o'clock at the Sykesville Church, near Daviston. Radney Funeral 
Home is in charge. Mrs. Claunch died Monday morning at the home of her daughter, 
Mrs. Velma Alford, on First Way. Other survivors are two sons, Lester C. Claunch, 
Murfreesboro, and Lewell Claunch, Wadley, Rt. 2. one brother. Will Mathis, 
Wadley. Rt. 2. and one sister, Mrs. Emma Hodnett, of Florida.

Note: Death Date on Tombstone is Feb 27.
