He had lived in that community for 27 years and was a man that was held in high esteem of those who knew him. He was a substantial and progressive farmer. Funeral services were held at Wesobulga Church Sunday Oct. 28th at 2:30 P. M. with Revs. H.B. Yates, C. B. Martin, J. C. Pickens He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dona Conaway, seven daughters Mrs. Bonnie Burson, Mrs. Cloveine Thrasher, Mrs. Wilma Vickers, Mrs. Elma Thrasher, and Misses Gloyce, and Secwillow Conaway and one son Charles Conaway. Honorary Pallbearers were C. Mitchell, L. D. Walker, W. P. Burson, J.T. Carter, E. B. Farrow, J. D.A. Walker. Active Pallbearers were C. H. Thrasher, H.H. Thrasher, J. O. Burson, W. J. Conaway, B. D.
