Cook 62, of Oxford. Rt 2, died at Memorial Hospital this morning after a short illness. Mr. Cook, who lived in City County most of his life, was employed at Cheaha State Park for three years immediately his death. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 1 o'clock at Black's Chapel Methodist Church by the Rev. Hobert Murphree with burial in the adjacent cemetery, Usrey in charge of arrangements. Survivors include the widow. Mrs. A. T. Cook, Oxford, Rt. two sons, S. E. Cook of Delta and A. H. Cook of Birmingham: three daughters, Mrs. E. T. Graben, Birmingham, Mrs. Harvie Baughn, Oxford, and Miss Fronie Joe Cook, Mishuawanka, Ind., one brother, W. 0. Cook Pisgah; four sisters, Mrs. J. W. Character, Mrs. J. C. McKay and Mrs. G. C. Garrett, all of Lineville, and Mrs. H. Willingham of Delta; one half-brother, Stinson Cook. Alexander City: on half-sister, Mrs. Gertrude Hardin. Birmingham, and eight grandchildren. Nephews will serve as pallbearers. The body will be at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Harvey Baughn at Oxford. Rt until time for the services.
