Rt. 7, died Monday afternoon at 3:45 clock at Anniston Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at Black's Chapel Methodist Church Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. with the Revs. C. R. Harrington and James Duke officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Gray Brown Service Mortuary directing arrangements. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Harvey Baughn, Mrs. Paul Graben of Powhaton, Miss. Fronia Joe Cook of Mishawaha Ind; two sons Stafford Cook of Delta and Hugh Cook of Birmingham, three sisters- Mrs. Amos Sims and Mrs. Loren Reeves of Lineville and Mrs. Leon Carr of Talladega; three brothers, John and Winmon Forbus of Anniston and A. T. Forbus of Lineville' Pallbearers will be nephews. Mrs. Cook a former resident of Clay County, Mrs. Cook had made Calhoun County her home for the past 10 years. She was a member of the Black's Chapel church.
