Ashland Progress
Mrs. Rebecca Lou Cotney passed away at the home of her son, Monday, June 9th, 
1958, following a lengthy illness. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. 
Grady Birchfield, Rev. Reuben Birchfield, and Rev. Brown at Shiloh Baptist 
Church, Tuesday, June 10th. Burial was in the church cemetery, Blair Funeral 
Directors in charge. A resident of Lineville, she is survived by one son, Leslie 
Cotney, one brother and one sister. Pallbearers were Walker McGraw, Elma Cotney, 
Rex Lashley, Jessie Cotney, Larry Harris and Truman Lambert.
