Crawford, 84, of Ashland were today at Lystra Baptist Church with the Rev. Curtis Watts and the Rev. Randy Anderson officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. Mrs. Crawford died Saturday at East Alabama Regional Medical Center. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Vivian Cotney of Ashland; a son, Alvin Crawford of Alexander City; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Retha Campbell of Lineville and Mrs. Eva Smith of Munford; three sisters, Mrs. Lovie White of Lineville, Mrs. Julie Carr and Mrs. Geneva Jones, both of Anniston; three brothers, Leonard McCormick of Ashland, Curtis McCormick of Lineville and Albert McCormick of Anniston; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A Cleburne County native, Mrs. Crawford had lived most of her life in Clay County. She was a homemaker and a member of Bellview Baptist Church.
