The deceased is a son of Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Cruise of the Macedonia community, where he was reared. Funeral services were held at Macedonia last Monday, conducted by Elder B. B. Finley. Interment was in the Macedonia cemetery, directed by Blair. Pallbearers were D. A. Hurst, A. J. McGlon, S. D. Young, J. E. Blankenship, A. D. Hunt and W. J. Young. Besides his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Cruise, the deceased is survived by four brothers: Elston and Comer of Oakland, Grady of Anniston, Leon of Ashland; and four sisters: Mrs. J. L. Hampton and Mrs. j. R. Carpenter of Oakland, Mrs. W. D. Fitzgerald of Los Angeles, and Mrs. Edward McKay of Roanoke, Ala.
