Services for Pascal A Daugherty, 66 of Lineville, Rt 2. were today at Good Hope 
Baptist Church in Lineville with the Rev. Jackie Taylor, the Rev. Ronnie Adams 
and the Rev. John Adams officiating. Burial was in Lineville City Cemetery with 
Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. Mr. Daugherty died Tuesday at 
Veterans Hospital in Birmingham. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hattie 
Daugherty of Lineville; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Abernathy of Alexander City 
and Mrs. Sharon McCoy of Lineville; two sons. Lankford J. Daugherty of Dallas 
and Dale Daugherty of Lineville; a sister, Mrs. Jewell Crawford of Lineville; a 
brother, Buford Daugherty of Lineville; and six grandchildren Pallbearers were 
Cub Haynes, Cleamon Daugherty, Jack Graben. Willoughby Gaither, Paul Manner and 
Cecil Cheatwood Mr. Daugherty was a native and lifelong resident of Clay County, 
a retired farmer and a World War II veteran He was a member of Grace Baptist 
Church.
