Ashland Progress
Funeral service for Mrs. Retha Adell Davis were held at Concord Baptist Church at 
3:30 p.m. on, April 22nd, conducted by Rev. Dee Hurst and Rev. H.N. McKenzie. 
Interment in church cemetery with Blair Funeral Directors in charge. Pallbearers 
were Jerry Wayne Coe. Herbert East. Mike Miller, Robert Sprayberry, Howard East. 
Mrs. Davis passed away her home on April 21st at the age of 66. Survivors include 
two sons. Charlie Davis of Talladega and Kermice Davis of Knoxville, Tenn. Four 
daughters. Mrs. Perry Coe Talladega; Mrs. Burnell Sycamore; Mrs. Plumer Watts 
Talladega, Mrs. Levi Fowler host Lineville 3. Two sisters, Mrs. Mollie Davis. 
Albertville and Mrs. John Hudson, Lineville 3.
