Anniston Star
Services for Mrs. Margie Hilda Easterwood, 72, of 1320 Circle Drive, Oxford, 
will be at today at 2 o'clock at the Bethel Baptist Church in Clay County with 
the Rev. George Wysner. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Gray 
Brown-Service Mortuary in charge. Mrs. Easterwood died Friday at Stringfellow 
Hospital. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Ruby Conners of Wheeling, 
W.Va., Mrs. Katie Clark of Leeds, Mrs. Peggy Haynes of Anniston and Mrs. Margie 
Fox of Sumner, Wash.; three sons, Floyd Easterwood of Oxford, Horace Easterwood 
of Weaver and Benny Easterwood of Blue Mountain; a sister, Mrs. Lenora 
Easterwood of Delta; 29 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Mrs. 
Easterwood was a native of Cleburne County, and a resident of Calhoun County the 
past several years. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
