She was only about 18 months old, she will be greatly missed. The Lord gives us these little ones to brighten and bless our homes and oh how hard for us to give them up. But we are to remember that wile it is our loss, it is Heaven's gain, for Jesus "Suffer the little children to come unto me for such is the kingdom of Heaven." Little Mary Jim had to suffer a great deal before her death, but she bore her suffering patiently. She has gone to a place where there is no more suffering, sorrow nor death. The funeral services were conducted by the writer! After the services she was laid to rest in the Pleasant Grove cemetery to await the morning of the resurrection. Let. me to the father and mother and children: Do not grieve as those who have no hope for you can see little Mary Jim again in the sweet by-and-by for, she is now singing with angels and the redeemed on the other shore.
