Fetner near Mellow Valley, Thursday, July 31. The young man's death was attributed to complications following a spell typhoid fever he contracted several weeks ago, and the girl's death was due to fever complicated with weak heart. A double funeral service was held the day following their death and interment was in County Line cemetery. Another member of the family their sister, was reported ill at the time of their death. T.J. Fetner, age 34, died at home near Mellow Valley, August 14, and was buried at County Line cemetery the following day, Blair in charge. Mr. Fetner's death was the third in the same family in the last few weeks. His death was the result of typhoid fever.
