The funeral was held at Oak Grove Methodist Church Thursday, January 16th, conducted by Rev. Hobart Murphree, Rev. Cecil Harrington and Rev. Dee Hurst. Blair Funeral Home had charge of arrangements and burial was in the church cemetery. Survivors include three sons, John and Winmon Forbus of Anniston, A. T. Forbus, Lineville. Four daughters, Mrs. A. T. Cook, Oxford, Mrs. L. P. Carr, Talladega, Mrs. A. W. Sims and Mrs. L. G. Reeves, Lineville, and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Five brothers, George Abraham, David, Peoleon and Jessie McKay. Four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Moon, Mrs. Julie Driggers, Mrs. Donie Boak, and Mrs. Myrtle Jenkins.
