Harris, A.O. Burdette and John Skinner officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. Mrs. Forbus died Saturday at Clay County Hospital. Survivors include four daughters, Marie Craft of Anniston, Levis Morrow of Kingston, Tenn., and Betty Forbus and Janice Forbus, both of Delta; two sons, Vernal Forbus of DeArmanville and James L. Forbus of Delta; a sister, Eunice Moore of Delta; six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and four great-great- grandchildren. Pallbearers were Calvin Harris Jr., Chester T. Harris, A.D. Preston, Roger Harris, Charlie Harris, Glenn Forbus, Lynn Forbus and Derwood Craft. Honorary pallbearers were members of the Ladies Sunday school class at Mount Olive Baptist Church. A lifelong Clay County resident, Mrs. Forbus was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.
