Ashland Progress
Funeral services for James Leonard Fulbright, 82 years old, were held last 
Thursday afternoon at County Line church with Rev. Grady Birchfield, Rev. II. T. 
Tapley and Judge W.B. Nolen and Judge E. J. Garrison officiating. Blair Funeral 
Home directed. Mr. Fulbright died on Tuesday of last week. Pallbearers were R. J. 
Denham, Lorenzo Leftwich, Morrison Chaney, Ellis Osborne, H.O. Baker and Joe 
Wood. Honorary pallbearers were Arthur Browning, Herbert McKay, Seaborn Chaney, 
Crayton Kenady, DeWitt Childers and L. O. Jordan. Surviving are Jim L. Fulbright 
of Cragford, Rt. 1, Willie Fulbright of Birmingham, three daughters, Mrs. Murray 
Hancock of Birmingham, Mrs. W. F. Morrow of Birmingham and Mrs. J. H. Riley of 
Ashland.
