Ashland Progress
A very sad accident occurred the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenion Gaither out in 
Wright's Chapel community Saturday which resulted in the death of their little 
three-year-old daughter. At a moment when the mother was out of the room, the 
child's clothing became ignited, presumably from the fireplace, and it was so 
badly burned that death ensued the following morning. The baby was buried Monday 
at Liberty.
