Graben, 84, of Lineville Rt. 2, were Saturday at Lineville Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Colquitt officiating. Burial was in Lineville City Cemetery with the Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. Mrs. Graben died Thursday at Clay County Hospital in Ashland. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Ann Robinson, of Warren, N.J.; three sisters, Mrs. J.B. Crews, Mrs. O.L. Purser and Mrs. Weda Alexander, all of Lineville; a brother, E.B. Mathews, of Lineville; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers will be James Reeves, Elton Reeves, Gene Alexander, Jerry Alexander, Bill Alexander Charles Mathews and Gerald Mathews. Mrs. Graben was a Clay County native and resident. She was a member of the National, Alabama, and Clay County Retired Teachers' Associations, and the Alabama Education Association. She taught in the Clay County school system for 30 years and was a member of the Lineville Baptist Church.
