Anniston Star
Services for Charles L. Grant, 67, of Lineville, Rt. 1, will be Wednesday at 2 
p.m. at Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville chapel with the Rev. Pete Frames 
officiating. Burial will be in Bellview Church Cemetery. The family will receive 
friends until time of services at the funeral home. Mr. Grant died Monday at 
University Hospitals in Birmingham. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Elsie M. 
Grant of Lineville; a daughter, Mrs. Judy McNeal of Vero Beach, Fla.; a son, 
William K. Grant of Vera Beach; three sisters, Mrs. Lollie Price, Mrs. 
Margaruette Clave and Mrs. Tilly Betts, all of Florida; two brothers, Harry J. 
Grant of Florida and Rufus Grant of Oregon; and seven grandchildren. Mr. Grant 
was a Florida native, a former Vero Beach resident and a Clay County resident 
for the past five years. He was member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Vero 
Beach.
