Marvin Gravett was shot through the abdomen, the ball passing entirely through his body from front to rear. He died on Monday and was buried at Antioch on Tuesday. F. B. Munroe received several shotgun wounds in the legs. The tragic occurrence is said to have taken place on the road from the schoolhouse where a box supper was held that night, but reports conflict as to the circumstances and details of the trouble. Mr. Munroe, who was wounded, and Northen Lakey, a cousin or the dead man, have been taken into custody by the sheriff and will have a preliminary trial right soon. Gravett was about thirty years of age and leaves a wife and three children.
