Services for Mrs. Ada Gravette, 78, of Talladega will be Friday at 2 p.m. at 
Spring Hill Baptist Church in Clay County with the Rev. Richard East and the Rev. 
Tom Stewart officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Talladega 
Funeral, Home in charge. Mrs. Gravette died Tuesday at St. Vincent Hospital in 
Birmingham. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Mavis Love and Mrs. Margaret 
Sailors, both of Talladega, and Mrs. Betty Wallace of Birmingham; a son, Borden 
Gravette of Talladega; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 
Pallbearers will be Paul Medlock, Daniel Ball, Frankie Butterworth, W.A. Waites, 
Horace Reaves and Jeff Arnold. Mrs. Gravette was a Clay County native and a 
Talladega resident for the past 15 years.
