Anniston Star
Services for Ellis B. Gravette, 85, of Ashland, Rt. 2, were today at 2 p.m. at 
Liberty Baptist Church with the Rev. Herbert Horn officiating. Burial was in the 
adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. Mr. 
Gravette died Monday at Clay County Hospital. Survivors include a daughter Bobbie 
Jean Carr of Ashland, and several nieces and nephews Mr. Gravette was a Clay 
County native and resident. He was a retired farmer and a Baptist.
