Murphy was a very bright little boy. He realized his serious condition and called, his little friends and associates in, cautioned them and warned them that if they were not good children, that they could not meet him in Heaven. He asked his father to pray for him. He told his little brothers and sisters goodbye and asked them all to meet him in Heaven. Murphy was a member of class No. 3, of the Sunday School at Black's Chapel, and he always prepared his lessons well and his deportment was good during the recitation. His Superintendent. C. T. GREGG.
