Green, 49 of Lineville Rt. 2, were today at Bellview Baptist Church with the Rev. Tom Coleman, the Rev. David Delong and the Rev. Martin Deweese officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. The body will be at the funeral home until time of service. Mr. Green died Monday at his residence after a long illness, Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nell M. Green of Lineville, a daughter, Mrs. Darlene Wakefield of Oxford four stepdaughters, Mrs. Hope Davison and Mrs. Donna Bradley, both of Roanoke, and Miss Holley Hudson and Ms. Dana Hudson, both of Lineville; a son, Kenneth Green of Oxford; a stepson, Airman Grady M. Hudson of Charleston, N.C.; a sister, Mrs. Sue Fickey of Lanett; two brothers Charles Green of West Point and Haywood Green of Lanett two grandchildren and two step grandchildren. Mr. Green was a native of Clay County where he was a member of Bellview Baptist Church. He was a mechanic and a veteran of the Korean War.
