He was 62 years old. Final rites were scheduled for 3 p.m. today at Lineville Baptist Church, with the Revs. John Higdon and Earl Gordon officiating. Burial will be in the Lineville Cemetery. Masonic graveside rites were to be held. Pallbearers are fellow workers at Anniston Ordnance Depot, where he was employed. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Annie Mae Griffin; one sister, Mrs. Mae Taylor, of Delta, Rt 1, and one brother, D. Griffin, of Lineville, Rt 1.
