Talladega Daily Home
The funeral service for Mrs. Minnie Lee Griffin, 84, of Talladega Route 1 was to 
be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. George 
Hudgenton and the Rev. Alvin Horn officiating. Burial was to be at Motley 
Cemetery in Clay County. Mrs. Griffin died Monday night at her residence. 
Survivors are two sons, Grady Griffin of Talladega and Eugene Griffin of Gadsden; 
two sisters, Mrs. Ida Sims of Talladega and Mrs. Ira Toland of Goodwater; one 
brother, Gervis Ransom of Guntersville; 14 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren 
and one great-great grandchild.
