Ashland Progress
Mary Gay Hallman, 11 months old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gay Hallman, was 
buried Tuesday afternoon at Lystra church. Mary Gay died at the home on Talladega 
highway near Daniellys store early Monday morning. Rev. S. C. Ray conducted the 
funeral services with Blair directing. Pallbearers were Howard Brand and G. W. 
Baird. Surviving are the parents and grandmother, Mrs. Lillie Lee and other 
relatives.
