In the Circuit Court of Randolph County. In Equity. Mary S. Walker vs. Guy Handley, Mrs. Lola Mann, Frank M. Handley, J. M. Handley, Jane Handley and Johnnie Handley. In this cause it is made to appear to the Register, by the affidavit of W. M. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made in The Roanoke Leader, a newspaper published in the City of Roanoke, County of Randolph, State of Alabama, for four consecutive weeks, requiring the said Johnnie Handley to appear and plead to, answer or, demur to the Bill of Complaint in said cause by the 22nd day of December, 1917, or in thirty days thereafter a decree pro confesso may be rendered against her.
