Lineville Headlight
Ben T. Hanners, one of the best-known citizens of the county, died at his home 
five miles south of Lineville Wednesday afternoon and his remains were interred 
in the Shiloh cemetery yesterday. The deceased was one of the most successful 
farmers in this section and was popular with all who knew him. He never went to 
school a day in his life; could not read and write; yet he was a man of fine 
sense and was very successful in all business affairs. In his death the county 
lost a valuable citizen
