She lived there until grown. She then married Jordan T. Harris. They resided there several years, then moved to Clay Co, near Blacks Chapel and remained until the death Angel called them home to rest. To this union was born eleven children all of whom lived to mature age, except one boy who died in childhood. Two others died just as they were grown, three girls and five boys still survive her. She joined the Methodist church in early years and lived a very devoted Christian life. She always lived a very true life to her husband and family. She was an invalid for more than two years before her death, but she was just as faithful and never grumbled because she had to suffer so much. She always made friends wherever she went and never said a harm word of anyone. She departed this life July 16, 1927. Her body was laid to rest in Blacks chapel cemetery by her husband who died a few years before. C. T.
