Anniston Star
Dr. D. C. Harris died at Fish-head, Clay County, on January 16. Dr. Harris was a 
well-known and much beloved citizen of Clay County. Wednesday night. He suffered 
a stroke of paralysis, and the end soon came. The Funeral and interment occurred 
this afternoon.

Additional Comments:
Dr. Daniel Harris married 1. Martha Smith, daughter of Jeptha V. Smith & Nancy 
Dickson. She is buried in the Smith Family Cemetery, Randolph County, AL. He 
married 2. Rachel Blake they are buried at Bethel-Delta Cemetery Clay County, AL.
