Ashland Progress
Mrs. Caroline Hearn, age 78 years, at the home of Mrs. S. W. Pruet in Ashland at 
5 o'clock Friday morning, November 25. Mrs. Hearn was a sister of the late Elder 
S. W. Pruet and had been making her home with his family since 1914. In her 
declining years her senses of sight and hearings as well as her mental facilities 
had become badly impaired and she was an object of constant and painstaking care 
and attention Funeral services, conducted by Elder H. H. Goodman, were held 
Friday afternoon and her remains were laid to rest in Macedonia cemetery.
