Services for Daesie W. Heath, 92, of Ashland will be Friday at 2 p.m. at 2 p.m. 
at Liberty Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Zenus Windsor officiating. 
Burial will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Ashland in 
charge. The body will be at the church hour before services. Mrs. Heath died 
Wednesday at Clay County Hospital. Survivors include a daughter, Jean Howell of 
Opelika; four sons, Clifford Heath of Ashland, Bill Heath and Ben Heath, both of 
Lanett and Hilton Heath of Cragford; two sisters, Jessie Monroe of Ashland and 
Bertie Stanford of Lineville; a brother, Curtis Wolfe of Ashland; 33 
grandchildren and a number of greatgrandchildren and great greatgrandchildren. 
Mrs. Heath was a Clay County native, a homemaker and a Baptist.
