Hodnett, 82, of Lineville will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at McCollum Baptist Church in Clay County with the Rev. John Roberts and the Rev. Cecil Halsey officiating. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. The family will receive friends at the funeral home until an hour before services. The body will be at the church an hour before services. Mr. Hodnett died Monday at his home. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ruby G. Craft of Lineville, a son. Jack Hodnett of Rising Fawn, Ga.; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Wayne Hodnett, Michael Hodnett, Shane Hodnett, Jimmy Hodnett, Jeff Hodnett and Scott Terrill. Mr. Hodnett was a Clay County native and a retired farmer. He was a member of McCollum Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his wife. Bertha Hodnett, and two sons, Arnold Hodnett and James L.
