Horn was found last Friday afternoon on Early Mountain, near Wilburn Ferry, six miles southwest of Wedowee. Examination showed that the man was shot in the back of the head, in the chest and in the arm. The deceased had been missing over two weeks. Officers have arrested Charlie Rodgers and Bud Miles in connection with the crime, but nothing definite is given out yet. Newspaper News Feb. 8th, 1918 Blake and Bud Miles and Charlie Rodgers, charged with the murder of Boy Horn, were given preliminary hearing in county court this week. Rodgers was held under $5000. bond while the others were discharged.
