M. Hunt, was born July 17, 1908; died June 22, 1910; aged one year, eleven months, five days. She was a bright, loving little girl, one who made the home beautiful and happy, but "the flower that blooms today, tomorrow may be withered away." The Lord who blessed the home with the flower had a place better than an earthly mansion, and today little Clara is resting safe in the arms of Jesus who said, "Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not, for of such is the kingdom of heaven." The funeral services were held by the writer in the Christian church at New Harmony and the remains quietly laid to rest in the church cemetery on June 23rd to wait the final coming of the Lord. May the Lord in His goodness bind up the broken hearts of the bereaved ones; though no more on earth they can meet their loved one and may they so live as to meet her in heaven where no sorrow and separation can ever come.
