Funeral services for Mrs. Roxie Hunter, 79-year-old resident of DeArmanvllle, 
will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at Bethel Church near Delta with the 
Rev. Russell Jones officiating. Jones Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Hunter died 
yesterday morning at 8 45 o'clock at the home of her son C. M. Hunter, 
DeArmanville, after a two-weeks illness. Pallbearers will be P. B. Price, S. C. 
Higginbothom, Alfis and Cecil Freeman, Raymond Rollins and Bob Cheatwood. Mrs. 
Hunter is survived by four sons, C. M. and J. C. Hunter of DeArmanville, S. G. 
Hunter of Birmingham and Rufus Hunter of Anniston; two daughters. Mrs. Pearl 
Easterwood and Mrs. Ruth Dewberry, both of Delta; 32 grandchildren and seven 
great grandchildren.
