Ray Campbell and the Rev. Thomas Z. Graham officiating. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home in charge. Mrs. Hunter died Saturday at her residence. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Macie Bonner of Anniston, Mrs. Nellie Mae Cole of Winston- Salem, N.C., and Mrs. Ruby N. Sappier of Vicksburg, Mich. three sons, Jeff Hunter of Wedowee, James Hunter of Gary, Ind., and Robert Landers of Pisgah; four sisters, Mrs. Pearl Dale, Mrs. Josie Harris, Mrs. Ola Harris and Mrs. Flora Haynes, all of Cullman; three brothers, George Horton, Art Horton and Grover Harris, all of Cullman; 29 grandchildren and 34 grandchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons. Mrs. Hunter was a former resident of Cullman and had lived in Wedowee for the past three years. She was housewife and a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Clay County.
