Lineville Headlight
Wade Sterling, who lives on Dr. J. T. Manning's farm at Cragford, shot and killed 
Ely Johns last Friday evening. It seems that Sterling thought that Johns was 
trying to burglarize his home. Sterling is now incarcerated in the jail at 
Ashland. Both parties to the tragedy are negroes.
