Anniston Star
Funeral services for A. J. Johnson, age 70, who died at his home here Wednesday 
following an illness of about a month, were conducted at Mt. Moriah Church at 11 
o'clock Thursday morning. Interment was in the church cemetery, with Usrey of 
Anniston in charge. Mr. Johnson is survived by his widow, six sons, George and 
Joe Johnson of Oak Grove, Olen Johnson of Boaz, John Johnson of Wedowee and Green 
and Thomas Johnson of Delta, and two daughters, Mrs. Bell Albright of Boaz and 
Mrs. Q. Ingram of Oak Grove.
