Services for Mrs. Karl S. Jones, 69, of Delta, Rt. 1. were today at Bethel 
Baptist Church with the Rev. Douglas Haynes officiating. Burial was in the church 
cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home of Lineville in charge. Mrs. Jones died 
Saturday at Lineville Geriatric Center. Survivors include three sons, Bowie Jones 
of Oxford, Walter Jones of Delta and Roy Jones of Winter Haven, Fla.; eight 
grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Pallbearers 
were Tommy Jones, Roy Jones Jr., Howard Brimer Jr., Dudley Dickerson, Steve 
Hudson and Fred Campbell. Mrs. Jones was a lifelong resident of Clay County and a 
member of Chulafinnee Methodist Church.
