Jordan, was born the 10th day of April, died 17th day of Nov. 1922, being 7 months and 7 days old. Myron was seriously burned on the 16th day of November which caused his death. His little body was laid to rest in County Line cemetery the 18th day of November to await the coming of his Lord and Saviour. Why this sweet smiling brown eyed baby was taken we can't understand, yet God knoweth and doeth all things well. Dear father, mother, and brothers little Jean Myron now smiles in heaven, so let us strive to meet him some sweet day. A Friend Additional Comments: Jean Myron Jordan was the son of Etheridge Monroe and Etta McEachern Jordan of the Mellow Valley Community, Clay County. Paternal grandparents were James Monroe and Laura Miller Jordan. All are buried at County Line.
