Lineville Headlight
On Sunday morning, Dec 24, 1922, at 4 o'clock the death angel visited the home of 
Mrs. John C. Jordon, taking her husband and the father. He was stricken suddenly, 
and realized death was near. "Lillie" I am sick, and dying I have prayed and the 
Lord, has blessed me. It will be a sad Christmas with you for I can't be with 
you. His death was a great shock to his family and friends. He was laid to rest 
at Mt. Pleasant He is survived by his wife two. boys, one girl, two sisters and 
brother.
