Services for Herman M. Kellum, 79, of Oxford will be 2 p.m. Monday at Corinth 
Baptist Church in Cragford with Revs. Tim Edwards and Burgess Austin 
officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Benefield Funeral Home 
of Lineville in charge The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. tonight and 
until 1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Kellum died Saturday at Regional 
Medical Center in Anniston. Survivors include his wife, Willie Clark Kellum; a 
son, Ronnie Kellum of Oxford; three sisters, Wincie Ridley of Terrell, Texas, 
and Carol Jean Taylor and Brenda Railey, both of Wadley; a brother, Lindsey 
Kellum of Alexander City, and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will 
be George Wiliams, Gene Hodnett, Marlin Hunter, Lester Walker. Fred Railey, and 
Sam Jackson. Mr. Kellum, a Clay County native, had lived most of his life near 
Oxford in Talladega County.
