Services for Clinton B. Kellum, 94, of Lineville were Tuesday at Benefield 
Funeral Home of Lineville with Rev. Elmer Wheeles and Rev. Zenus Windsor 
officiating. Burial was in Clay County Memory Gardens. Mr. Kellum died Monday at 
Dr. C.P. Horn Nursing Home. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Swannie W. Kellum of 
Lineville; a daughter, Mrs. Adurice Knowles of Valley; five sons, Clifford Kellum 
of Oxford, T.J. Kellum of Dadeville, James Kellum of Dadeville, Horace Kellum of 
Lineville and Clinton B. Kellum Jr., of Fresno, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Claudie 
Denham of Lafayette; 19 grandchildren; 23 grandchildren; and a great-great-
grandchild. Mr. Kellum, a lifelong Clay County resident, was a retired nurse's 
aide from Clay County Hospital. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
