Roanoke Leader
G. W. Kellum, born Dec. 31, 1861, died May 16, 1935, at the age of 73. Mr. Kellum 
and his wife made their home with their two sons. Some two weeks ago they left 
the home of their son, H. G., in Fairfax, and came for a visit with G. R. Kellum, 
in Lowell, when the father was taken sick and went to meet his Master on last 
Thursday. Surviving him are his wife, two sons, two brothers, and two sisters. 
Funeral service was held at Mt. Olive (below Wadley) with Rev. L. E. Price 
officiating.
