Roanoke Leader
Mrs. Mary L. Kenady, aged 94, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G. N.
Gregg, near Sikesville, Clay County, at one o'clock Saturday morning after an 
illness of 12 days, Funeral services were conducted at 11 o'clock Sunday morning 
at Mt. Gilead church with burial in the church cemetery with Quattlebaum in 
charge. She is survived by a son, A. L. Kenady, of Wadley; four daughters, Mrs.
Lizzie Perry, Almond; Mrs. G. N. Gregg and Mrs. S.E. McDaniel, Sikesville, and 
Mrs. C. T. Morton, of Hightower. Also there are 32 grandchildren, 44 great-
grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
