Ashland Progress
God in his infinite wisdom has seen fit to take from our midst our beloved 
brother Solomon Y. Lamberth. He was born June 10, 1862, and departed this life 
March 21st, 1919, and whereas Bro. Lamberth was a faithful and worthy Master 
Mason and held in such high esteem both by his lodge and by all who knew him. 
Therefore, we the members of Weathers Lodge No. 390 do hereby offer the 
following resolutions: Resolved 1st. That while we are grieved by the loss, we 
sustain yet we bow in humble submission to the will of God. and give him thanks 
for having given us this noble brother to help us along life's way. 2nd. That 
not only Tho Masonic Fraternity has lost a devoted advocate and the family a 
loving companion and father, but the community has lost a good citizen. 3rd. 
That we extend to the bereaved family our sincere sympathy and point them to the 
ail-wise Father for comfort and consolation. 4th. That a conv of. the PSA 
resolutions be spread on the minutes of our Lodge, that a copy be sent The 
Ashland Progress for publications and that a copy be sent to the family. Jno.
